All orders, including Expedited and Overnight, have a standard processing time of 1-2 business days but can take up to 5 business days to ship during our peak seasons.
Sarris Candies is not responsible for incorrect addresses or returned packages, so please double check your order before submitting. Additional charges may apply for address corrections or redirects.

SHIPPING PROMOTION DETAILS
Shipping offers valid online only at SarrisCandiesFundraising.com. Excludes chocolate bar and pretzel rod orders. Must spend a minimum of $100 per address to receive free ground shipping. No minimum purchase required to receive $7 flat-rate ground shipping per address. No minimum purchase required to receive $29 Expedited shipping or $49 Overnight shipping.
Saturday is not a standard delivery day for expedited shipments. Warm weather shipping charges are separate. Maximum weight of 10 lbs. per address to receive promotional shipping offers. Extra shipping charges will apply for every additional 10 lbs. ordered. Shipping offers subject to change at any time.
CHOCOLATE BAR & PRETZEL ROD SHIPPING RATES
There is a standard ground shipping charge of $12 for every 6 boxes of chocolate bars and pretzel rods.
During warmer weather, orders must ship with warm weather packaging and addresses outside of our one-day delivery area may require expedited shipping. When shipping ground, there is an additional cost of $10.95 for every 6 boxes for the warm weather packaging.

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING (APRIL–SEPTEMBER)
As temperatures fluctuate, we may hold your order if the state you’re shipping to is experiencing temperatures above 70°.
During peak summer months, orders are only shipped out Monday through Thursday. Ground and Expedited orders placed after 11 AM EST on Wednesday and Overnight orders placed after 11 AM EST on Thursday may not ship until following Monday.
All orders will be packed in an insulated bag with ice packs and require Expedited or Overnight shipping to prevent melting. Saturday is not a standard delivery day for expedited shipments.
We guarantee that all orders will arrive in perfect condition when shipped with warm weather packaging. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team at 1-800-255-7771.
SPECIAL SHIPPING
We are able to ship to P.O. boxes using UPS SurePost, however, please allow for additional time in transit.
Sarris Candies is only able to ship to addresses in the U.S. and Canada. Special shipping rates apply to shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Please contact customer service for more information.
Free shipping is available for military addresses (APO/FPO). Due to increased time in transit, we cannot guarantee against melting or that packages will arrive by a specific date.
STORE PICKUP
Store pickup is available at our Canonsburg store 7 days a week and requires 48 business hours for order processing.
